Leadership
Dr. Victor Vien, MD, FRCPC
An academic psychiatrist and assistant professor at the University of Toronto prior to founding Norhi. Dr. Vien brings expertise in telehealth, Indigenous mental health, and medical education to our organization. With a passion for innovation in healthcare, he leads the development of advanced digital solutions that enhance provider efficiency and improve patient care.
